Mobile Mini-sites from a central MySQL Database

Project Description:

I currently operate an automotive classified website based on the Open Auto Classified Script. I need to create mini-sites for each dealer that currently lists on my site. The script should have a setup file where I can define the UserID from my OAC Database, as well as define the dealer name, address phone#, etc. It can also pull that info from my central database, but I'd like to have the ability to over ride it if necessary. Once I edit the setup file, I want to upload it to the ftp site for a new domain and have it access the inventory for that particular dealer. The script must also be mobile compliant. I like the IWebkit solution or something similar. The customer browing the inventory would be able to browse or search the inventory, and be able to view the vehicles information or photos. The other thing I need is the ability to access each vehicle by passing the stock number through the URL. If you need more information please let me know.
