Digital Artist to create pages of a Storybook slideshow

I am a video producer and have been hired to produce a Photo Montage slideshow for a high-end wedding. The slide show will have a 'storybook' theme to match the wedding and will tell the story of the couple's lives in a child's story book fashion. I can produce the slide show portion but I need someone to create about a dozen 'pages' that look like they are from a story book. I will provide more details but basically the pages will have trees and a person in a field. I would prefer these pages be created on a computer and be provided to me as a jpeg or similar digital file. Ideally it would be great to have a little animation but it is not necessary. My last resort would be to have the pages hand drawn and then scanned and uploaded as a digital file. I need to have the faces of some of the players scanned or pasted into the drawings. I would supply the faces ['cut out' of a photo] as a digital file and the artist would use the face from the photo as the face of the animated person and as faces in the trees. I will provide more details so this all makes sense, but the main thing is that if you bid you have the ability to take faces from a photo that we provide and add them to your drawing.
I just got hired today and the project needs to be completed in ONE WEEK! The drawings can be very basic, nothing too realistic - think children's storybook, kind of cartoonish even, but classy.
