Arduino CO2 Room Controller

I would like to build a Arduino CO2 room controller 1. The arduino is accessed thru webserver, where it can communicate with the co2 sensor and change any settings then save page similiar to accessing a router's settings page. PC ---> Eithernet shield ---> Arduino ----> Co2 sensor 2. User can calibrate unit, set max CO2 ppm and threshold amount that will come on if it drops to that level to prevent it from short cycling, For instance. I want to raise co2 in the room to 1500ppm so aurdino turns on power to external power source, once the co2 drops to 1000 it switches generator back on. 3. software will be similiar to [login to view URL] but be web based. 4. Contains datalogger graphing that allows you to see x amount of days into the past, this information will most likely be stored same place as the webserver. This will be an ongoing project with future upgrades to the software as newer models become cheap or accessible, the ability to export graph data, among additions to the overall controller, giving it higher value models. I would like to find a dedicated coder that understands the environmental variables and help incorporate that into future versions. I would consider profit sharing with a fixed percentage in the company and the ability to source out and control the developer end of the project. I will be looking to hire a designer and marketer as well. The problem with this kind of project at the moment is they are severely overpriced leaving a large gap and allowing a project like this to basically undersell everyone.
