Project Description:
This project is being financed by myself because there is large need (I found countless posts on hobby forums and the like for a device like this) and I want to fill that need. The end result will be a full open source solution. I don't care how the problem is solved as long as it follows the below guidelines.

I need a way to have a PC(a desktop) send all mouse commands it sees to another device via usb. The other device will think a USB mouse has been plugged into it.
Basically I want the PC to emulate a mouse and have the necessary hardware to plug into devices (as if it were a mouse).
**Important notes:
- I will be plugging a mouse into this computer and reassigning certain mouse buttons with autohotkey.com scripts. The whole point of this project is so I can create macros and assign them to a mouse button(all macros will consist of just mouse keypresses and mouse movements). The target devices (that we will plug our emulated mouse into) do not allow software installed on them.
- There must be LITTLE TO NO LATENCY in this process. I need the response time to be instant.
Delivery of project:
You will send me the hardware and all necessary software to install on a windows 7 machine along with source code for the software. In addition, you will send me a guide to replicate this process (or you can post it on any relevant open source site which I can link to).
