Need a US Based Project Manager/virtual assistant Urgently

Project Description:
HelloI need a project manager urgently. The candidate must be from the US and preferably on the east coast (eastern time).
Responsibilities:
Project distribution to writers
Tracking all articles received
Sending to the proofreader
Sending proofread articles to clients.
Reviewing articles received to ensure guidelines are met.
Requirements:
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Work part time any hours between 9-5 US Eastern time.
Agree to an hourly rate of $6 (10 hours per week) possibly more
Must be able to communicate by Live, Yahoo or Gtalk (not email)
Must be able to provide information on project quickly as requested.
Updating spreadsheets accurately
Payments are weekly by paypal. No terms or rate negotiation. This will lead to immediate termination.
No Asian writers due to poor English

Adding "No Asian writers due to poor English" is simply racist. I hope you start screening your candidates based on credentials, not stereotypes.

I am a Project Manager, PMP certified and over 5 yrs of PM experience and total of 8 yrs work experience.
I am currently living in US and though located in Mid-west, I have no qualms working at Eastern time hours. I have a reputation for meeting deadlines on time and sometimes even before time if I could.
I have no problems staying online and communicating through any IM.
I would like to be honest in informing you before hand that I am Asian by origin and have excellent English Language skills reading/writing and in conversing. If it helps to know, I volunteer teaching English in my free time during weekends.
But if you are still skeptical, you could interview/talk to me to get a feel. Alternatively, I could offer you my free services for probably 2 hours. If you like it you can pay me what you deem rightful or otherwise we could terminate our deal.
