2. Article conditions

- good English, logically and grammatically correct,

The content of the message has to be under constant focus. While creating a message, it is important that you stay focuses on the important aspects and do not detour from the key point. This is in view of the fact that people become impatient reading lengthy notes. Also, keeping focus on a specific idea will help you to initiate positive actions from the reader.
For highlighting the message you can draw attention through bulleted lists. Bulleted lists would ensure you don’t have to include useless words.

When people receive marketing emails with attachments often delete theme because of the fact that might contain harmful code or dreadful virus for their computer so be sure not to include attachments in your emails.
