Update website pages to new template

Project Description:
Hi,Looking for someone who can help me change a website I own. I will send you a list of 17 URL's which you'll need to transfer to a new template (which I'll supply you). You'll need to visit each webpage, look for it source and transfer the <h1> + the main content (the article) to the new template while keeping it in a good order with <br>, <p> & <b> where needed. No images to transfer.
You will also need to copy paste the <title> <description> and the <keywords> meta tags and to name the files with the exact same name as the old web page.
I'm willing to pay up to $1 per web page.
