Dear Sir,
Do you mean you need to sign 2 J2ME application using certficate? If so, I have strong experience in that and I will do it for you just some hours. Beside, I will give you a script that you can sign any J2ME applications in the future.
In order to sign an application, we need a certificate. I will give you a free self-signed certificate. But please note that applications that are signed by self-signed certificate are not able to be deployed into devices of some brands(e.g. Nokia). To get your applications fully trusted, you should obtain the certificate by some international issuer like VeriSign, Thawte, GeoTrust...
