Project Description:
This project includes design of Power board. It includes the following main blocks1. AC input line protection, 400W PFC circuitry,
2. PFC o/p to 24V conversion using Full-bridge or half-bridge or any other configuration. 24V, 12A supply is used for Battery charging. PWM pulse for Full-bridge/Half bridge is received from other board.
3. 24V Battery voltage and current sense circuitry.
4. Isolated 12V,3A supply from PFC o/p. isolated 12V,3A supply from 24V battery voltage. Whenever input Ac supply fails, immediately 12V supply is generated from 24V battery.
Work includes H/W design, Schematics in ORCAD, BOM, If possible Layout design.
Should be completed H/W design, Schematics in 2-weeks. Looking guy H/W designers having experience in power supply designs.
