I can get what you wants ..it will be web page like yoursite.com/xyz.aspx and when ever you run that page it will get all pages from "http://paydotcom.com/marketplace.php?category=0&subcategory=0&search=&Submit=Search" and follow "Visit site " link in those page and get actual URL of site.
At end of completion it will give you .txt file as for download.

A light problem in your case - the addresses are not on the page. "Visit site" goes to some address in paydotcom.com, then is redirected to real address.
Therefore, I should programmatically press all "Visit site" links.
Additional question - what to do if page is down? Probably, in this case "Visit site" will not return any reasonable address. Should I write in notepad file something in this case?
