Need a Php expert to Debug and code an existing Web admin page that manages links/Offers

Most of the major application is already done. The provider got sick and could not finish up.

Remaining Work include:

- Testing and Debuging existing functionalities of the page
- Calculations (Need to be corrected)
- Based on Calculation, the system generates a Xls Report. Export function is done but needs debuging
- Addition of field

regarding calculation, I'll let you know what the end-result should be, you need to be able to make the logic and code the math for it.
Provider needs to have experience in generating Excel files from PHP.
Provider needs to be specially good in logic and math to implement the calculation properly.

Need someone for long term to add functionalities to this page (to full admin).

This needs to be completed quickly and well.
