Project Description:
1) The PWM is to control two(2) motors at 18 amps each constant at 50% duty.2) The unit will use 8-18 VDC Power supply.
3) I want to be able to adjust the frequency from 100Hz to 4KHz.
4) The unit will need a heat sink and small ball bearing cooling fan/s mounted on the heat sink.
Should be able to complete working design, Schematics and board layout with-in 3-weeks.
Looking for designers having experience with PWM (Pulse Width Modulator) designs.

No not at this time but the quality of the finished project is very important. Here's a link "http://store.qkits.com/moreinfo.cfm/MXA068" to a unit that I have tried and like but with a few exceptions, 1) this will control three units at a time. 2) It uses a Potentiometer to adjust the amps used or duty cycle. Mine has to maintain 18 amps at 50% duty cycle. If you need anything else please let me know.

I have some experience from past about PWM. There are severeal IC which could do this job or a microcontroller too. Do you have any concept/prefference ? The power part is already done ?
