Project Description:

I'm looking to improve traffic to my echo-friendly cleaning website.
I would like to hire Whitehat SEO professional with some web design skills for this project.

1.I would like to redesign my existing website (just a face lift)
2.W will need a Landing page on one or two mast popular social bookmarking sites such as Facebook ,Reddit Twitter with quality backlinks to my website.Links should be related to environmentally- friendly products and services,cleaning or carpet cleaning.
- No porn/adult, gambling medical, drug, pharmacy sites.
- English language web sites only.
- No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads,popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
- Page with link omust have PR5 or better.
- Must be on a search engine friendly page. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc.
- link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo.
- Must be a text link. no graphics.
- Links must be permanent. No FFA's,Blogs,Classifieds, dynamic links, etc.
- links must be on a website that is topically relevant
- max of 25 outbound links on page.
- page must not be dis-allowed by robots.txt
- only 1 link on each domain.
- NO rel=nofollow links in the code.
- no links from directory's.
- no links from the same C class IP address
- Other outbound links on the same page as mine must be to good quality websites with PR+

I will need about 8-10 good English written original articles related to environmentally cleaning and products.About 400 -450 words British English terms,submit links to three- four source articles on web.Articles should not be used for any other projects as I will own them.
I will need project brake down to three stages with full weekly report an full report for every stage works completed and works in progress. In case of dishonesty I receive the right to terminate contract at any stage.

Payment as follows:
10% after first week.30% after every stage completion via PayPal.
