Project Description:

I am looking for someone to develop the backend of a system I am doing for myself and my clients.
It's a very simple job that requires some PHP / HTML / CSS abilities.

See the files attached for a basic site map and general style. They are just a draft and a final one will be provided before starting.
See attached images for guidance.

Requirements:

- 2 simple HTML pages (should be coded in HTML and styled in CSS)
- 2 or 3 types of automated emails (plain text) to be sent/received (PHP)
- All emails messages, forms and text will need to be changeable (personalized) by me at any time.
- Program and files to work and be stored on my own webspace (folders / directories needs to be changeable)
- Clients IP address and email should be recorded on the emails.


How it works:

I am a freelancer graphic designer and this would be my online artwork approval system.

Step 1
I want to be able to sent an email (via html page hosted on my webspace) to my clients email with attachments (stored on my webspace).

Step 2
My client receives an automated email with a message and a link to download file 1 (draft).

Step 3
After clicking on the approve button, another automated message will be sent with a link to the file 2 (final file).


I also want to be able to have a page on the server with tracking info about the files.


Don't need to say this is a personal project, so very tight on budget.
