Hello Before you bid..I have posted this project 3 other times and each time someone said they could do this with no problems and each time they couldnt or just didnt do anything towards it at all

I am wanting this done for personal club use not as a money making tool, we are a gaming club and need this badly and sad that we been trying to get it done and cant and for some reason the last time it cost us to post it..even tho the thing said would be free it never refunded the fee.

What we want is a simple stand loane progrma made and we want to use it on our already made web site :)

We use php-nuke plant and would be great to work it in as a mod or just a page

Here is what we are looking for we play online classic card and board tournament games ie: spades, back gammon, hearts and so on in a game site..

During these games we as a club give our memebrs points and at the end of the month have a champion
and they get the points for how high they get in the tournament, each level earns more

or depends on what type of tournaments some get more points and so on..

So what we want is a program where the admins like myself can login to a admin section and create the levels of points options would be like with teamie partner or without then the type of tournaments

I have given a site to look at before each time I posted this job and all that info is below just wanted to make sure we all on the same page here before you bid

this program was made by someone else wiht no exprience in programming at all so why this has become so hard to get made is beyond me.. Please read all the details below and if you need more info pm me.

I have very small budget as this is for personal use only not to make money on.. I have a online gaming club we play classic card and board tournamnts such as spades, hearts, euchre, backgammon and other games like this for the fun of it only, not money games


I am looking for a points scoreboard thats 4 sided a admin side where I can add members so they can use a drop down to find thier name and thier partners name if they had a teamie as a partner, I need to edit in the types of tournaments/points we have and the points values

a member side so they can use to enter thier points if they had another club member as thier partner or if they played with someone else and what type of tournaments they played in and where they placed in it

then the 3rd side is from a leaders board that we can post on the club site where anyone can view it only that shows ranking by point levels

the 4th side would shoud text posted from the reporting menu to a html page

Some How this project got posted not at the same buget as summited it was to be in the Budget: $30-250 I am not sure how this happen but I will have someone look into this
