Need a few audio/sound files for an application

Project Description:
Hi,for a clock application I would need 6 short sound files, f.e. like a tick. The length is something between 0.1 and 2 seconds.
The files should be in the CAF format( but could be also in WAV if you can't create CAF).
I would need audio assistance for future projects, therefore I am looking for long time relationship with my provider.
Please give me a quick idea who you are and how long you would need to produce the files.
