0. Use latest version of twitter4j library
1. a console menu to start/stop the bot ,bot need ability to resume operating after stopped (run bot in new thread)

2. on-wait state waiting for direct message Or public messages Or RT feeds from friends that typed in keyword --> "DoThis:"
grab all the words after "DoThis" and hardcode send a "Ok" direct message Or public message Or RT to friends (configured by if-else or switch statement hardcoded) . message must be process less than 1 min.
3. able to mark direct message Or public messages Or RT feeds as read and delete it as required so that if bot is stopped and resume back, will not process same message.
4. auto authorize new friends and follow all new friends
5. from step 1, must be able to query daily twitter limit left, print to console
6. from step 1, able to add/follow new friend by entering userId, print to console, success or not
7. from step 1, when entering userId, get user information (firstname,lastname, picture url, etc) and print to console
