Project Description:
Our service: 1-on-1 English Lessons OnlineWe organize English lessons online with British or American teachers and students from around the world.
Before a student will purchase a package of lessons, we offer a free evaluation. This gives the opportunity to know his/her level of English and to gather the information to create an order.
We urgently need an evaluator with a perfect level of English (native English speakers are welcome) to do these evaluations.
Requirements:
You will have to be available from 12pm till 12am to call back the prospects at the time that they required. Note that you will not have to work 12 hours a day but just be available. We have in average 20 evaluations a day which represent about 3, 4 hours of work per day.
You will have to talk with the prospect for about 10 minutes and ask several questions about what they expect from the lessons.
During the evaluation there are no sales pitch or pressure sells but it is really important that you will give a good impression. This will directly affect the decision of the student to buy (or not) a package of lessons.
We pay weekly for the total amount of evaluations you did ($2 each) plus bonuses for the confirmed packages that were bought after your evaluation ($4 each).
There is a minimum salary of $500 guarantied in case if we can't provide the minimum amount of prospects during the month.
Note that you will have to create an order confirmation with the help of our software (it is quite easy).

Since 1973, Mr. Kemp has worked in various operational departments of companies in many industries, from the mailroom to the executive suite, thus gaining a broad base of general business knowledge. He has been a search consultant for companies in the high technology (eCommerce, IT and semiconductor), accounting and financial industries.
After growing up on a farm in Indiana and later becoming a policeman, Mr. Kemp’s previous experience includes working as Vice President Human Resources for a publicly traded semiconductor company headquartered in Austin (Texas). In his capacity as Vice President Human Resources, Mr. Kemp applied a variety of knowledge gained during more than 25 years in business. Though licenses were not required for Mr. Kemp’s position as a search consultant, many years of business experience and complex responsibilities in the high technology and financial industries greatly enhanced his success as a recruiter and trainer.
Mr. Kemp was the recipient of the 1972 Indiana Governor’s Award for Leadership (“Distinguished Hoosierâ€), graduated from Santa Monica College, and served four years as a Chinese Linguist in the United States Air Force (Top Secret Special Intelligence Clearance). When residing in the Los Angeles area, Mr. Kemp was an active volunteer at the San Fernando Valley Juvenile Court Correctional Facility (California) teaching children between the ages of eight and eighteen general principles of business and strategic thinking as alternatives to illegal economic activity and unproductive social behavior. Mr. Kemp was nominated for the 1993 Outstanding National School Volunteer community service award of the National Association of Partners in Education, Inc. (NAPE) sponsored by Kraft General Foods and Walt Disney World. Mr. Kemp was also nominated for the Los Angeles County 1993 Volunteer of the Year community service award sponsored by the Los Angeles County Office of Education, Juvenile Court and Community Schools.
Mr. Kemp has two children, lives in a suburb of Austin, Texas and is past President of his homeowners association. His interests include golf and chess.
