Regarding the translation of your spreadsheet, my standard rate is $ 0.02 per word so the total for the 11,000 words spreadheet would be $ 220, although I could discount the amount of the duplicates on it. Since my work rhythm is between 1000 - 1500 words per day, delivery time would be 10 business days (2 weeks) but I could certainly improve this time as well if required and considering that there are duplicate words on it. I have the ability to translate any kind of document : Word, Excel, paper based (birth certificates for example), web sites and other materials from English to French. 11.000 words is a lot, and 150USD is very very cheap.
