Looking for a script to install twitter backgrounds similar to this: http://www.twitterbackgrounds.com/tiled-twitter-backgrounds/techno-blast

Allow someone to install the background by entering their twitter username and password. Allow them to auto follow a specific user. Allow them to auto tweet about it. Need script to work for images outside of the server(ie: photobucket images). Script installation.
