asp .net site needs more functions added to admin page

Project Description:

Need to expand an existing admin page on a simple real estate site. Currently the client is able to only edit existing properties, but we need to be able to add them as well (with images and on their own pages - each property should have it's own page).

Also, the site was moved to a new host recently (network solutions) and now there are errors because of the permission level needs to be adjusted, see the error below when clicking within the site:

Description: The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application's trust level in the configuration file.

The error will need to be fixed immediately when you are chosen. The admin functionality needs to be completed within 1 week, no more.

Budget is $100.
I will escrow however payment will be released 1 week after the project is complete so there is time to test for bugs.
