After another failed attempt to complete this project I have to RE POST it again. These are the requirements needed:

1) Auction item creation must contain the following options: Category selection, Tax Rate
Selection, Product Title, Auction ID (auto created when new product is created), Product
Description (with FCK Editor), Multiple Product Images with Zoom on Mouseover,
Manufactures Suggested Retail Price(MSRP) field, Auction Start Price, Auction Reserve Price,
Bid Increment, Start date & time, End date & time, Multiple Shipping Terms, Multiple Shipping Rates (Standard, Rush, Express)

1A) The ability to select rush delivery for an added cost that is defined during the auction creation process in the admin. This is in addition to the regular flat rate delivery option. This choice will be made when the user pays for the item auction they have won.

1B) The tax rate selection must be by ZONE and may have multiple tax rates for any given zone.


2) 3 Templates are required. Admin must have ability to switch templates on the fly by selecting them from Admin panel.

3) The ability to have users log into their profile account and upload products for sale will be
incorporated. The admin area will include a box that will select a percentage of commissions
on the sale and that percentage will be visible to the user when the post their products for sale.
Users MUST accept terms and conditions before being able to post their items for sale.

4) For the above, admin will have the ability to reject any product or user from participating in
‘open auction’ events. Admin will also be able to pre-set the day and time for all of the users
items to be auctioned. The ‘open auction’ announcement will appear on the front page telling
everyone when the ‘open auction’ will commence and finish. There are more details to this
section that will be outlined before the phase begins.

5) RSS Feed module for all auction items(current, past and pending

6) Ability to allow users to add items to a watch list and the site to email the user 5 minutes (or as
selected in admin) before the auction begins.

7) Admin controlled Banner Manager for advertising in the left and right columns and the footer.
If no banner is present in admin for these sections, the area will be left available and will match
the current layout and colors of the rest of the site.

8) A UNIQUE Logo and Banner must be created and integrated into the site to match the layout.
