PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE USING THE three20 LIBRARY UNDER OS 4.0

Current App:
The current Scream Queens app allows fans to meet the new cast of the show. By pressing a giant scream button, our ladies scream. Currently, you can email screams, email photos of our ladies, and save photos of our ladies to the phone, launch a custom browser to visit VH1, Lionsgate, and Joke Productions, and watch videos on YouTube. The photos are dynamically loaded using JSON and a FLICKR feed we update after every episode.

The Job:
We'd like to use three20 to add the ability to tweet and facebook both the screams and photos. We'd also like to update the custom browser to be able to email, tweet or facebook the links, and offer the option to open a link in safari (may be easier to simply replace our browser with the three20 web browser and just change the color to match what we have now...that would be fine.) Finally, we're using a less-than perfect implementation of viewing photos. We'd like to implement the standard three20 TTPhotoController with all the fun "Pick and Flick" and thumbnail view.

We believe this job to be relatively painless if already know the three20 library well, and a nightmare if you don't...please don't bid if you don't know the library.

ALSO: The app was not built using the three20 navigation system, it was built in the standard Objective-C manner. If it's easier for you to switch it over to three20 style navigation first, that's fine with us. It currently DOES make use of some three20 classes, but uses them in the "normal" Objective-C fashion.

Finally, we'd like, IF POSSIBLE, for the app to run on both 3.1 and 4.0. We've heard a rumor that's no longer possible...is that true?
