Telemarketing – Possible Long term on-going work – Appointment setting – Lead qualificationIf you have a call center with no less then 5 telemarketers, you should be able to handle this initial project
The target is to have no less then 15 confirmed reservations / appointments per day to attend a free Real Estate Investment Seminar.
I will work with you in the Script development and fine tuning as things progress.
Considering the target audience, fluent English (American English) speaking telemarketers should have no problem
This is a commission based project – There is nothing to sell – You just need to get people to confirm their attendance at a free real estate investment seminar.
On target earnings should get you $2.50 per appointment and an additional $2.50 per appointment when they sit through the entire seminar (Seminar is just a few hours long)
Daily call reports are required; Please bid only if you think you can meet these requirements.

08/22/2010 at 15:24 EDT:We currently hold 35 to 40 free weekly seminars across the US at approximately 40 different cities. This project is for the purpose of getting people to attend a weekly seminar at 2 cities. If you are successful, you’ll have an opportunity to handle the rest of our business.
The pay is $5.00 USD per successful attendance. A successful attendance is considered someone attending the seminar and staying for the short 2 hour duration. In the event they do not (meaning they show up and leave during the presentation), you still get $2.50 USD. Statistically at the last seminar, out of 35 people, 2 people left before the end.
You will get paid on Wednesdays for activity of prior week. (see attached process flow)
Again, currently our attendance is ranging from 25 to 35 per week at these 2 target locations. The intent is to raise that to well over 100 which shouldn’t be difficult to do.
There is nothing to sell; just get people to show up. Calling lists will be provided as well as a script.
On target earnings will put you between $350 to $500 per week; and that’s just for 2 locations. If you’re successful, there are 38 other locations that could be made available so the income potential is significant.
Please – Only bid if you are serious and know you can do the Job. Our original start date for this project was 8/23 so if you are chosen, be ready to start right away.
You don’t have to have a perfect English accent but English language proficiency is mandatory.
