    Sir, I can use a open source cms in .net for you and modify it if needed to suit your needs. Kindly reply if it is the acceptable solution. Developing a cms from scratch for is also possible but it will be more costly as it'll need many more man hours to code and test in first place than be productive enough to be used. Thanks.
