Project Description:
We want an online Manuscript Submission & tracking program to the do the following:-Initial version of manuscript is submitted by author either through an invitation from an Editor or Site Admin, or by going to Site directly.
-Initial version is sent to Editor, who assigns Reviewers.
-Reviewers review the manuscript and make their decisions.
-Then Editor and Admin make their decisions on the manuscript.
-Author makes changes and submits final version to Admin for publication.
-Admin/Editor/Author/Reviewer can register their profile on system and create their unique login-password.
*need it done in ASP (not ASP.NET) for IIS, with MS-Access databases.
*need to interface with our existing ASP system which we are using for performing formatting on Author's raw input data.
*we have a series of web-based projects that we need to get done.We're interested in building a strong working relationship and would like to start with this project.
*budget range is $300 to $500

I have already done a similar project in ASP, Javascript, VbScript with validation for Recruitment System, where sales get direct JOB posting from client or generates JOB requirement from Client, and assigns that to recruiter to fulfill that. Recruiter and Sales people can make comment on that. Uploading of resume is to the server and gives a dynamic link for downloading for privilaged users. It has self architecture for creating new users , assign / unassign job.
