Two screen flash animation

Project Description:

I need a flash animation created. It has two screens. The first screen is a map of the United States. The second screen is an animation with no interactivity.

Map of United States:
The map is interactive. You can click on any of the states and be taken to a specific hyperlink that I will provide. If you already have source code for interactive flash map of the United States that would make me very happy. Otherwise, I will purchase something for you to use if required.

Animation Screen:
The second screen is a series of cogs connectected and rotating.

A few points:
Each state will hyperlink to showschools.php?state=STATE_ABBREVIATION I will provide the list of states and their abbreviations.

The flash must be 561x356 but should be resizeable in case we change that area.

You must be available over instant messenger and speak decent English. A cell phone that I can send a text/e-mail/SMS too would be great but not required.

I am uploading a visual example of the second part of this job (the animation). My handwriting is very bad so you may not be able to read it on the diagram. We can work out colors/fonts/etc later on anyway.

The project is open for bid for 2 days because I need to get it started ASAP.
