Project Description:

I need a mobile java application that will allow graphics and imagges to be viewed and shown in the mobile phones. It should contain:

1. Navigation Button
2. Storing of Comics in the Phone
3. It should contain my company branding and my affiliate companies

I have graphic designers who have already created the frames of the graphics and images.

1. High Resolution
2. 25 frames

All i would need is to transfer the files into the mobile phone by any possible means. (Perhaps a web server to update the mobile app, or maybe an sms to download the application)

Style is not important for now, but easy navigation and interface is a must. My graphics and images reader should be able to browse and use the application with ease.

I am looking for a java application programmer who can support in developing the application. The timeframe is appox 2-3 weeks, which of course can be negotiable.
