Project Description:

This is a price and availability calculation script/application. Please see attached spec for full info, and get back to me asap with quote on cost and timescales.

Whatever timescales you set, they have to be met. If you miss the agreed deadline no payment will be made. I want to make sure that this is clear from the very beginning. So, DO NOT bid on this project unless you read the spec and you fully understand what is needed, and you set a realistic deadline.

Payment can be made either in stages, upon completion of each project phase. If you require advance payment, please do NOT bid.

No generic responses please, no ASP.NET, PHP, etc. Read the requirements and contact accordingly. Alternatively feel free to ask any questions BEFORE you bid.
