Apartment Rental Website Launch!

I have an idea for an apartment rental website similar to an ebay setup without the bidding. It would be designed for individuals who can upload their OWN information into a pre-formed, designed template with their own information. Managed properties and realtors would have their own pages as well. There would be searches based upon your area and it would all be done automatically or semi-automatically like the Ebay process. It is NOT LIKE ebay, but has a similar process to signup and create your own page. It needs to be sleek and easy to use. Not a lot of advertising will take place. i do not have a lot of money to spend on this proect and am willing to pay weekly/bi weekly until it's done. I am also offering investment into this company, as i see it to be a Major site once property launched. There are MANY more details that cannot be included in this form, but i am eager to have non-disclosures signed and start fielding questions!
