iPhone GPS tracking Application

Project Description:

The application need to be programmed in the Apple standards.
Application is just for iphone.

Feature will be like this:
1. Collect the location every x seconds (configurable by user) and send the gps location (latitude, longitude, speed) to an URL, using HTTP Post.
Application must have a configurable screen with some variables: send interval time (in seconds, minimun 5) input, Login code input, Password input, Just to log or available to everybody checkbox.

I have a Sign up site for this service. So Login and password will be created on the website (not using the phone).
I have a HTTP listener taking this data.
Application must be in Portuguese. I can provide the translations.

I will build the screens. Person will be working with me.

I need:
1. Application developed and working ON iPhone (not simulators) using Objective C
2. Full Source code at the end of project

Application will be similar to http://www.instamapper.com/iphone.

The copyrights belong to developer, the developer can sell/negotiate to others. But I will have an unlimited and lifetime license.
