I need a web data extraction application that can run on Windows Vista and XP. It must be a stand-alone executable that does not require a full install, and does not need to connect to any centralized server. Likely to be written in C#.

The application will allow the user to select any combination of certain categories and US cities to search and extract information from Craigslist Ads.

The code for this should be fairly simple… I’m looking for someone whom can make this application eye appealing and easy to use. The application should have a very clean, sleek and attractive look.

I have fairly detailed requirements and screen mockups, and I’m easy to work with. Please post a bid if you have an eye for detail and experience developing web scraping or extracting applications.

The deliverables include a fully functional program that has been signed off by myself, a fully functional demo version, which shall have expiration after 3 days, and all source code used by the application. I will have sole and exclusive rights to the application. I will gladly place payment/money for the best bid in escrow.

There are two files in zip attachment. The first is a word document, which has the business requirements and screen mock ups for the proposed application. The second is an excel workbook, that has several pages (there are three tabs). One is information to be included in the locations table of the database, one is information to be included in the categories table, and another is the layout for the CSV output to be produced by the application.
