I am looking for a spyder that will go on the internet and look for certain for sale by owner keywords on classifieds websites. The spyder is supposed to be able to open ad after ad in page after page. It will read the ad, look for the keyword and when it finds it, I want it to look in the ad for address and phone number. Address and phone number along with the source (newspaper name and city or website) will be put in a database. I want to be able to set up the keywords that the spyder will look for (fsbo, for sale by owner,etc) and to be able to tell the spyder to look into a database with websites that the spyder should look at.
Also I want a website that will use the database with the information that the spyder pulls.On this website customers will be able to search the database. They will be able to see only the information from the region they paid for. The customers will pay for a monthly subscription and this has to be automated (subscribing them and unsubscribing them when the payment didn't go through)
