Project Description:

This job is commission based and will start as a one to three month contract.
We are looking for experienced staff to manage new site.
With experience comes rewards!
This is a new upgraded professionally designed site using latest techniques.
Old web site has been shut down for complete site upgrade and will be restarting when complete site has been upgraded and completed. This should be completed within a week. Previous site was shut down for lack of performance.
Currently have 400+ members & workers.
Future long term contracts to those who prove they can perform!
Website Manager Duties:
Commission: 10 to 15% depending on experience.
• Similar experience preferred.
• Improve site productivity
• Assist with site advertising.
• Review existing SEO and improve where necessary
• Assist Performer Supervisor when required.
• Misc site testing where required.
Performer Supervisor Duties:
Commission: 5 to 10% depending on experience.
• Must have experience as performer.
• The main duty of Performer Supervisor is to coach performers in how to make professional shows.
• Contact existing and future performer to ensure they understand how to operate site
• Ensure adequate & enticing pictures loaded to site by performers.
• Ensure proper forms and information supplied by performers.
• Contact previous clients and performers notifying them of new site upgrades.
• Assist with preparing new advertising and promotion of site.
• Monitor performers for professionalism.

PROGRAM DID NOT GIVE ME OPTION TO ADJUST WHEN I UPGRADED IT.
SHOULD READ 1500 TO 3000 USD. WILL TRY TO GET ADJUSTED.

THE PERCENTAGE AMOUNTS WILL BE A PERCENTAGE OF TOTAL AMOUNT BROUGHT IN FROM SITE!
WE FEEL THAT THE COMMISSION AMOUNT SHOULD EXCEED THIS RANGE ONCE SITE IS BACK UP FOR COUPLE MONTHS AND MANAGED PROPERLY.

BID AMOUNT IS NOT AS IMPORTANT AS YOUR INFORMATION THAT YOU GIVE ON SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
