Webserver is IIS on windows? Is there currently an application? Is the database designed? How about graphics and content? I am just wondering what needs to be done in the four weeks and if there has been any analysis so far. What about DB archiving and batch processes? Some coding will be nessesary for "...hte payment received by them for their content." I have not seen such functionality on mentioned site.
