Enom API with Paypal simple integration - Experienced programmer only

Project Description:

We are an Enom reseller that currently utilizes the Enom PDQ system however we would like to move from the PDQ to the API so that we can process through our current website.

What we needs is for someone to setup the PHP script on our site regardless of the design. You only take care of functionnal, we will customize design after.

What we need is:

1. Someone who knows the API to install it.

2. Same person to integrate it with Paypal for payment.

All we need is a very plain page where we can use the Enom/paypal functions (verify availability, pay through Paypal and then reserve the domain) the basics...

Plus the ones that are necessary for the end user to manage his domain :
set DNS, renew, transfer...)

We assume that the Enom API kit is complete and that all the required functions will be effectively working.

We will not provide any file as Enom has them on their website. You choose the one that serve our purpose.

Our budget is no more that $ 100. Any bid over $ 100 will bi discarded. Our time frame for this project is a few days. Between 5 and 10 would be ok.
