Hello,
I need an email list with at least 10,000 email addresses. However, I would like to know if its possible to begin with 500-1000 emails or not. I need quotes for 2 different types of lists:

1) Lists with only VALID emails of targeted audience (will be defined in the PM). All emails must reach inbox. No typos or double entries. These will be for possible use in bulk email marketing.

2) Lists with Email Address, Full name, valid Phone number, and possible one or two more fields. These will be for possible use in bulk email marketing as well as telemarketing.

My targeted audience is in the UK, USA, and Australia. More specific details of targeted audience will be given in PM. I understand that bid amount (and also your ability to do the project) might vary according to the targeted audience so you can change the bid details after PM communication if necessary.

At present, I want to communicate with some providers who have done similar projects before and who can do this one accurately and precisely as I require.

I am currently giving it a try. I would buy lists from the selected provider and will use them for email marketing and telemarketing. So if you can do email and telemarketing too, then you are encouraged to apply. In addition, if you provide good lists and do good marketing, then I will get customers and obviously, I will have more money to spend on more marketing. So it's an ongoing project for the right person.

Further preferance will be given to those who live in Pakistan, especially Karachi.

In your bids, please also mention why I should award this project to you and what assuarance do I have that your lists will be genuine.

VERY IMPORTANT: Is it possible to get opt-in lists and Can-Spam compliant lists or not. If yes, would the rates differ for this?
