Project Description:

I need a small service to be made.
Members can register and they can store their phone contacts, mail adresses ++. Its a simple service that must work with mysql. The purpose is that the user have a backup of numbers in case they lose their mobile phone. Admin can make new categories i.e mail, adresses ++, this way users can update the details on their contacts.

- header (should be the same at all pages, only difference is the log in and log out link, o) I will design the content myself but the file must be "made" and work. Log in and log out function have to work.
- Main area: First page will contain a sign up/ sign in area + a area where admin can put content.
- Footer: Area where admin can put content such as links, text +++. I will design the content myself but the file must be "made" and work, this so I just have to enter the file. Footer should be the same on the entire site.
-Log in page will contain following options for users:
1. View entire list. choosed by category.
2. Print entire choosen list.
3. search by name, last name, phone number, e-mail ++.
4. Add contact. Fill out, name*, last, phone number, mobile phone number, e-mail adress. (When adding a contact, the contact will get a mail that he/she are added by the user. The users name and phone/mobile number will follow the mail.
- The main pages that are made should be language sensitive. With this I mean that the site should recognize country by IP and show text in correct language. Because of this there must be possible for me to upload translated language file to a directory. If not there is a language for a country the default will be shown.

- This I already have and must be implemented with the site<b>
1. a register and sign in form with mysql.
2. tip a friend script that have to be installed.

I will use maximum 100 dollars on the project
