PHPprobid custom work. Skins, logo and template for phpprobid and vbulletin site

I am currently in the process of setting up a website. The site will have three main areas:
1. A classified listings area (using PHP Probid).
2. A forum (using VBulletin).
3. A Yellow pages / review section (using Redfoundry).

(Looking to integrate all three areas).

The main area of the website will be using PHP Probid software for which I will be needing a custom skin and template design. I will need significant modification to PHP Probid to eliminate all bidding and buy it now options and allow for classified listings only.

I will require a similar skin for the VBulletin forum.

The final area of the site includes a review script (RedFoundry). Details on this can be found at www.randommouse.com. I will only need simple modification here to provide continuity throughout the three areas of the site.

I will require navigational bars throughout the site to provide seamless links between the areas of the three areas.

PHP / My SQL work will be required to allow users to register on the PHP Probid area of the site, the one registration point for the entire site.

I have existing ideas for colour schemes and layouts but will need a logo design.

Due to the complexity of this project I will expect good communication throughout (every few days). I will also want to regularly see the progress in order to make any necessary changes early on.
