Project Description:

We are launching a new US Based business targeting the Spanish Speaking community in the United States.

I want to hire someone to create a plan for me on getting the word out about our business and our products.

I'll expect ideas on:
keywords to target
link building
forums/blogs
wordpress site vs. our current site (which is lots of flash & video)
creating secondard site for ease of promotion - suggestion here??
using videos to promote
myspace, youtube
groups/forums that are relevant to the US Hispanic market

This task is assistance in creating the plan. It requires someone who speaks spanish who can assist with keyword research, reivew of forums, blogs, etc.

I saw a similar post that looks like what I want - but since I'm not the expert - I'm not sure what I need. Below is the other post content.

Please create the plan with:
Phase 1 - we can do this immediately to start the promotion
Phase 2 - we can over the next 30 days to ....
Phase 3 - this is what it will take on an ongoing basis

If my phases and needs take me out of my current budget - break out costs so I can get started then do more.
