I need a good developer who is reliable and wont let me down like many others have.

Need to develop a web based application that is dynamic so pages can dynamically be created and users can easily be given access to certain pages of the system depending on specific users groups. so every time a new menu item is created you should be able to log in as super user then have a menu sayin admin where you can give access to user groups or specific users.

system will collect basic information on patients.
system will then allow patient care plan to be created and each care plan will have actions and can be assigned to different users on the system

i.e if a user goes to care organisation requireing care, they will be logged onto system as a patient, then a care plan will be created and can be assigned to different smaller organisations or users from the same organisation.

the smaller organisations users will have access to the system and be able to add notes etc and see area's where they have been given access too.

each care plan should allow to be built dyanically from a dataset and the dataset should be able to be easily amended if logged in as super user.

As each care plan will have different criteria depended on patient circumstances.

should be able to create reports on the care plans to see how many patiensts on the system etc how many require specific care etc.
the system needs to be fully dynaic and coded using good coding standards.

you will only be chosen if you can prove that you are reliable and can show similar type of work.

the person that wins this project will be used to work on sevral other projects but this one will be mainly to see your ability to code in good standards and code reuse and abilty to use your own initiative.
