I need a custom Wordpress theme redesign.

The blog is located http://www.moorethoughts.com. It has two authors, with one column for each author and a middle "sidebar".

I would like to expand the blog's width, and (this is vital) make the sidebar widget friendly (it currently is not). I would also like to update the "feel" somewhat, as the design has been the same for approximately four years. I would like the header to incorporate images from Nashville and Tennessee, in the same spirit as the Nashville skyline is on the header now.

The color scheme can change some. It is predominantly blue. I would still like to use warmer colors, perhaps in something combing blue and rust, or a dark green. I leave that up to you.
