Project Description:
I need a clone website of a bid site much like this one, getafreelancer.com.I will need the script to be edited. It will be a site that customers place their construction/renovation needs on and then construction contractors will bid on the jobs. Customers can place post the job for free, but contractors will pay a monthly PAYPAL subscription to be allowed to bid on the jobs. Customers will be able to leave reviews of the contractors.
This site will have to be built from A-Z. A clone site can be used but I need this fully functional and able to begin advertising it once you are complete. I will make the custom banner once you tell me the pixel size i can use and I will give you the domain and hosting to set it up.
