This project is a Repost because the chosen provider took 50% of the agreed fee after phase 1 and never showed up anymore to finish it.So I lost my money and still have no solution.

I have 1000+ people/adresses in my contacts in outlook 2007 and quite a few are double and/or wrongly entered. I tried editing them in the adress book itself but that has really a very poor quality and functionality.
I want a UI that displays all fields of a record in the address book in a nice layout and which allows me to edit cut/copy/paste data around on that screen. I should be able to browse up and down through the database and search for people.
So it should be a kind of an Outlook plugin and has to read and write in the outlook contacts database.
Who can do this?
Changes have to be entered in the database immediately.
A quick draft has been uploaded as well and I do need to be able to search and scroll through the Dbase.

Yes, it should be done using Outlook Add-In. We should create an independent form accessed by your Outlook, where this form will manage all Outlook's Address Book as well. This will need a few hours work only.

Now I need a time to test in both XP and Vista. Once I finished my testing, I will gave you the setup as well as source along with guidance. Even I am ready to provide three month free bug fixing.
