Goodday,We'd like a website where B&B owners can put their properties on for an monthly/anual fee.
People looking for a Bed & Breakfast should be able to look for a room on our site and book directly. They should see if a room is available on the date they want (Calendar).
So b&b owners should be able to mark when rooms are available/taken from home instead of mailing us. They also should be able to make their own textchanges to their b&bsection from home.
When looking for a B&B, maps of the gerions should be placed on the site so people can click on the region they're interested in.
The site should be in Dutch, English and French (Translation can be done by us).
Site has to be SEO, so good results in goolge as a fact + must have good links, for example www.abcdefg.com/germany/hotelx
Google ads included on the site in a non disturbing way.
Site hast to be easy expandable (with country names, ...)since b&b owners of the entire world should be able to join our system.
This all should have a clean, cosy feeling and look.
A very good example and almost exact copy of what we need is www*bb(guide)*eu.

See how the client can do payments there, add info about their hotel/b&b, can add pictures or remove, can change their calendar when room are taken, add googlemaps coords so it can be shown on a googlemap in the b&b description, ...
This is another great example of what we need.
