Project Description:

I will pay $5 per 500 words. I need a project manager to take up a very poorly written document of wanted project details and translate them into extremely detailed set of deliverables using (in his own experience and judgement) the right technology, database functions, website functions... cms choice, crm choice.... etc.

Basically translate what nontechnical users want into documents that developers can understand and deliver upon without excuses of shortages and evasion of important details because they simply werent written down.

YOU have to provide a PM to be considered. NO PM NO RESPONSE. You have to add reporttech for password so i understand that you read the description or i wont reply.
