Looking for an experienced programmer who has made Windows Live Alerts using the Live Services SDK. The project would involve reading from a database in order to send alert messages on a daily or weekly basis to groups in a database. If it is possible to put a graphic within an Alert window and you know how to do it, this would make your skillset even more useful in this project.Note: At this point, the project has not been won. I am looking for a qualified person who can do the project so that I can let the client know that it is possible. When I find someone who can do it, the project is almost guaranteed to go ahead. Please send me any exampes of work you have done with Windows Alerts. Thanks.
