90% accurate Automated Forex EA Wanted

I am in need of a coder familiar with Forex trading that either has a consistent winning forex system and would like to dispose of it or has the ability to create an EA based on criteria I provide. If I find a coder familiar with Forex and good coding skills this could develop into a long time arrangement. Let me know of your experience with the MQ4 trading platform, related work experience and/or forex projects that you have personally created. You will need to supply proof of abilities, projects or profitable systems.

A fully automated EA (expert adviser) which is at least 90%+ accurate that will open and close all trades. Meaning out of every 100 trades there will only be 10 losers max! It must work well in all market conditions. (It must be able to trade major pairs and get a consistent 20-30 pips daily) (AND IT MUST SET THE STOP LOSS TO ONLY 30). So I do not think seeking another EA which can just get a mere 20-30 pips per day with 90% accurary using a stop loss of 30 is unrealistic. The EA should also be able to monitor the over all trend up or down and detect reversals for the long term over a period of 24 hours. It should be able to filter out news spikes, and small 20-30 pips spikes.

Please reply only if you have extensive knowledge of the currency exchange market, and are 100% certain that you can make me an automated EA or already have one which meets these qualifications.
