Project Description:

To track clicks on links that lead to file downloads, Google Analytics advocates a method on https://www.google.com/support/googleanalytics/bin/answer.py?answer=55529 , which uses the _trackPageview() JavaScript .

If there are programmers who can work with this on your own server's website, and prove it works, then kindly provide proof of results, and I will modify my commands accordingly on my own site to achieve the same result. Ftp access to my own site is not permitted.

I will need no other method except this one.
