Fix Bulletin Board Pearl Script/Enhance Security

Pearl script had a security breach in YaBB bulletin board v2.31. Hack is isolated to forum boards only and no files have been removed. (At least we think). Breach consists of administration being locked out of back end and global announcement boards not being able to be accessed by visitors, although the files are in tact. Also, new visitors cannot complete registration in forum. Even though backups were restored, we are still experiencing the same symptoms.Bulletin board is running on Linux with CentOs 5.3. Programmer must be familiar with Pearl code and should have good experience with bulletin board programming. If you are familiar with the YaBB BB pearl script and 'mechanics' this is a bonus. We would like to have our forum restored within 48 hours max of this posting. Thank you.
